You’re welcome to return item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Please note, this 30-day window starts from your purchase date and includes the time it takes for the item(s) to reach our warehouse.

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must:

• Be unworn and unwashed
• Have the original tags attached
• Be in their original packaging, in original condition

Faulty Items

At Somnus Collective, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing fault, we’re here to make it right.

To lodge a claim:

Please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of purchase with the following:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the fault

Once assessed and approved, we’ll organise a replacement or refund for you.
